SSMA’s response to ESMA’s Consultation Paper on Draft implementing technical standards on the extension of the use of the alleviated format of insider lists
ESMA’s Consultation Paper contains draft implementing technical standards on the format for drawing up and updating insider lists in order to extend the alleviated format currently applicable to issuers admitted to trading on an SME Growth Market to all issuers. The prosposal aims at reducing the regulatory burden in accordance with the general aim within the EU. The SSMA supports the proposal.
