ESMA consultation on technical standards relating to insider lists
ESMA’s Consultation Paper contains draft implementing technical standards on the format for drawing up and updating insider lists in order to extend the alleviated format currently applicable to issuers admitted to trading on an SME Growth Market. The prosposal aims at reducing the regulatory burden in accordance with the general aim within the EU. The SSMA supports the proposal.
